31 Hand made 7 Bird on Holly Branch Snowflake RED WOOL CHRISTMAS TREE SKIRT. This is a new hand made 31″ diameter beaded, embroidered and appliqued “7 Birds on a Holly Branch Christmas Tree Skirt. This gorgeous Cherry Red Christmas tree skirt is. Handmade from wool flannel, felt, glass beads and embroidery floss. It is fully lined with red cotton blend fabric on the back and blanket stitched at the edges. The birds on a branch scene has wonderful detail! It is hand pieced from wool flannel and felt, carefully embroidered and whip stitched around the edges with tiny glass bead detail. The front background is deep red. The tree skirt is circled with a chocolate brown tree branch with multi green tone leaves, red holly berries and 7 brightly colored assorted birds. There are embroidered white snowflakes with sparkling clear glass bead accents above the birds. The outer edge is stitched in black embroidery floss. There is polyester fiber fill behind some of the appliques to add dimension. This is all hand stitched. The hand work and embroidery are absolutely stunning! Although this can be gently hand spotted with cold water and laid flat to dry, dry cleaning is recommended. This tree skirt is absolutely gorgeous! It will be a family treasure decade after decade!
