The box had gotten wet so I opened it to make sure everything was intact and functioning. The box getting wet caused some staining to the skirt (refer to pics). As I was trying to get the snowman back in the box one of the clips that locks the snowman into place broke, I have used zip ties to lock the item back in place (make sure you hold down the shoulders as you remove the zip ties because the snowman will jump up quick).
