“Welcome To New Orleans Banner” Canvas 5 Feet Long Outdoor Banner circa 2000. Banner is 58″ x 24″. It shows moderate fading and wear from weather. Original brass grommets are on the banner, two insignificant holes at top edge from display. Banner is vented for outdoor use. This banner blew down the street in front of the Superdome in rain and heavy wind and hit me as I was walking to work one morning over 20 years ago. It has been hanging in my home ever since.
