Chocolate Rabbit made by Master Baker at the Culinary Institute. Great Décor
Chocolate rabbit made from 64% Dark Chocolate. Confirmed with Chef that it will not spoil as it has no moisture inside so long as none is introduced try to keep indoors especially if it rains. Can also be melted down and used to cook with or just eaten as is! Used to be used as a decoration at the Post Road Brewhouse at the Culinary Institute of America. Can provide more images if needed. It measures roughly 2 1/2 Feet in height and roughly 1 foot in width and weighs about 10-15 pounds. The entire thing is wrapped in plastic
