This one is a resin santa down on one knee getting his bag of toys and goodies ready to load up and give away to all the good boys and girls. He is exceptionally colorful, fabric rich, and highly detailed. The bag contents range from wrapped boxes, toys, to a copper metal city skyline of bldgs. Subtle soft glitter is all over the figure. His clothing is all fabric and faux fur. His bag and the bag contents are equally detailed. He measures: 13″ in height and 9″ at the widest point. We can work it out just let me know in advance. I cannot be responsible for items fitting and cannot guess for you as to whether or not they will fit your foot… But, you are your own best judge. Please know your size in this brand.
Please ask if you are not sure. I usually do not charge for extra packaging as long as the weight and size does not increase the p&s to another uspo level. International p&s is to be determined by location. The listing will show if these options are available and to what countries.
Also, all international sales will be insured for the full item value within the p&s charges. Each country has a different limit of coverage. I want you to be well informed beforehand so that our deal is a happy one with no surprises. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’.
Us and international government customs regulations consider it a crime to mark an item a gift if it is not. There seems to be no definitive time frame no matter what country. I have seen an item take 24 hours and others take 4 weeks. Just give it time while we work together to determine the location of the item. If you feel that an item is missing in transit, please check with your local po first.
In such a case, you will be charged the p&s again to resend. Sometimes, the item is lost by the pos in a resend. Important note on responsibility on damaged or lost items. Please note that i insure all of my items with the po. I take great care in packaging but, sometimes (even though rarely) a item gets poor treatment at the po end. Sometimes, items get stolen from doorsteps, customs offices, even mailrooms. So, please be on the lookout for your items – especially if you are having it delivered to an apartment number or an office. For international lost items, please check with your customs office and/or po first before getting upset – once the item has left the us, it is most often delayed in customs than actually lost/stolen. They will then sent an inquiry to the po at the country of destination and a claim can be filed 30 days from the beginning of that inquiry if both pos decide that the parcel is indeed lost. If you need your item for a special event, please keep in mind emailing me your need in advance and i will make every attempt to accommodate you. We can hopefully work together to get you that special event item.
