BOUNTIFUL FRUIT Hand-Crafted Christmas Wreath
What a Harvest of Christmas Beauty. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful wreaths that I have ever made, and very different from the many of my others in its elements. This beauty measures approximately 36 and makes an incredibly rich impression, especially on a light colored wall, a brick wall, or even a window in your dining room, kitchen. Or anywhere else its beauty can be appreciated. It is topped by a huge, approximately 14 deep burgundy bow in the center of which I have nestled 6 of those wonderfully rock sugar crystal covered apples. The overall effect of this piece is rich, lush and warm with too many shades of deep burgundy, some purple, and glorious deep reds to fully describe. It is comprised of the following individual elements. 1 large center bow crafted from a wonderfully textured deep burgundy velvet ribbon edged with a silver and dark braid. Two purple apples on each side of the bow. 10 branches with three apples each and multiple leaves. Six deep red, subtly shimmering pears. Seven red, rock candy covered pomegranate. Fifteen burgundy and deep red sugared grape clusters. Ten additional large single deep red sugared apples. Four long branches (two on each side of the bow) of multi-colored deep red, burgundy and multiple other colors of leaves. The leaves rich velvet and on the branches alternate between are either velvet or glittery overlay on a green leaf. These branches wrap along the sides of the wreath and underlay all of the other fruit, so they are not readily visible in my horrible pictures, but they are very apparent in person. There are probably a few more pieces that I have failed to count since there are so many many pieces to this beauty. All of the elements have been securely wired, hot glued, or twisted onto the wreath frame itself making them very secure and sure to delight you for many years to come. I took the pictures with my IPhone while the wreath hung on a door!!! My skills as a photographer aside, you will not be disappointed, by it’s lush fullness and incredible color play. The pictures do not do this piece justice. The listing pictures don’t convey the richness of the color that my IPhone was able to capture, and I have no idea how to edit these picture so that they look as rich as the actually are.
