4 piece (base, + 3 pieces). 25 tall by about 16 wide. In very nice shape , two tiny chips near inside, on smaller branch, see photos. Comes with working light bulb. The light cord has the slide on/off switch on it so you do not need to unplug in order to turn it off. Comes with a complete set of bulbs including a few birds.
