I assure you, the package is on its way. If you believe that there is a problem or your item takes longer than a week, let me know. I will be proactive.

If you would like to send the ornament to a family member or a friend at a different address, i will be more than happy to comply and gift wrap the package if you like. Please inspect the picture well to ensure that this is the ornanent that you want. Check the listed identification numbers if you know them. Usually, all of the ornaments have a silver ribbon for hanging. Sometimes the ribbon is red.

If this is an issue, contact me. If you pay in a timely way, this is of no concern to you. This problem is pretty unusual, however, a few people have forgotten to pay for whatever reason, and that keeps paying customers from having access to the merchandise i have for sale. Ornaments are time-sensitive merchandise. Once the case is opened, the item may be relisted. Of course, there are life events and things which we cannot foresee that happen. If you find that this is true for you, please take the time to send me a short message. If the situation merits it, i will hold the item and turn the unpaid item assistant off.
