All 124 branches come in protective paper sleeves. The silver paper on the center poles is loose with tears. I believe the height marked on the box is 8 feet, there was tape on the box which made the number hard to read. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES) The tree pictured is over 7 1/2 feet. This measurement was taken from the floor to the top of the highest branch with the tree in the stand. All in all condition is very Good.
