This is new open box, box shows signs of shelfware, it is missing the included paintbrush, otherwise contents are all included and in perfect condition. This is from 1992 and does come with paint – The paint is closed in containers and in a sealed plastic bag, obviously with the age I cannot guarantee that the paint is usable(the instructions say you can add water to thin the paint out). Comes with light cord and lights, again given the age I cannot guarantee that the lights are working as they are also sealed in the plastic bag I have tested the cord with other lights and it does work.
