Rare GLADYS BOALT Camelot’s the JOUSTER Tree Ornament 1992

One apple is missing out of the sack. I adore Gladys Boalt and somehow have collected a few duplicates or stopped short of completing a series.. Gladys Boalt ornaments are completely handmade in the United States. Their designs are traditional and share unique characteristics. Each face is hand painted and each figure is adorned with hand-sewn, painted, and applied clothing. In 1980, these wonderful ornaments were selected for the White House Tree by Nancy Reagan thus paving the way for their admission to the Smithsonian.
