Brand new, old stock, No tears on sleigh or singers, complete with all original paperwork. Envelope has some very minor wear (see photos) and missing small section of the back flap. Sleigh and Noel singers has minor, normal wrinkling near the folded sites (see photos) beautiful and bright artwork!

Gingerbread house is complete. Does not look like it has ever been fully assembled. The accessory box was sealed. There are blemishes to the foam/paint but overall good condition.
