Set of 6 Rare Victorian Christmas Tree Decorations. A lovely and exceptionally rare – complete set of 6 Victorian Christmas tree decorations. Made from card they all depict religious icons and have 2 sides with differing images to each. They are surrounded by green chenille edging with a wrap around thin metal silver trim. To the tops is a bow, also in chenille and each piece is topped with a glass bead and hanger. To give an idea of size they measure between 9cm and 11cm high, and considering their age remain in an exceptionally good condition with only minor wear. These have been boxed and gift wrapped ready to give as a gift – the box acting to keep your decorations safe whilst in storage. Vintage decorations make a wonderful gift and last a lifetime, bringing memories year after year. Finding a decoration from your own childhood and long since forgotten, can bring back some of the happiest memories from very early childhood.
