Gemmy Phantom Face Shifter Halloween prop – no original box. Missing a finger, but not noticeable due to sleeve and hand position. On/off switch works great. The Phantom Face Shifter is an animated Halloween item made in 2008. He is wearing a black suit with a red vest and a cape. On activation, the character’s eyes glow, and the mouth moves as he speaks. The character then lifts up his arm, which has a cape hanging on it, to cover his face. The character then pulls his arm back down to reveal that the face has changed into a ghoul.
